A technical packet, most commonly known as a tech pack (tech packet, technical packet) is an instruction manual detailing all measurements, diagrams, materials, and specifications of your product. 

This document is essential for designers, production teams, and manufacturers to understand the details and construction of your garment or product.

Avoid Sample Mistakes – Your product Tech Pack is a blue print for factories and pattern makers to develop your sample. Every detail that’s needed for the garment should be in the tech pack. Factories create garments based on its tech pack, and if it’s not in the technical specification design package, it will not be on the garment. The clearer and more instructional the tech pack, it increase the level of accuracy for your sample.

These changes and or revisions must be detailed in an updated version of the tech pack.
